AUTOMATIC QUALITY SORTING

Sorting in different external quality classes has become more and more important. It enables you to get better prices for your (best) quality classes and save labor costs. The intelligent Quality Sorter (iQS) makes it possible to deliver a uniform product with consistent quality during the entire working week. Furthermore, it gives your machine a higher capacity: Lane (quality) deviders aren't needed anymore, since your machine sorts the quality.

iQS is a separate module which is placed on the sorting unit above the singulator. Suitable units are SmartSOrt, GeoSort and MSE-CXL. IQS is already successfully applied for various fruit and vegetables, such as avocados, apples, pears, citrus, tomatoes, stone fruit, potatoes. All over the world.

Your fruit and vegetables aren’t static, therefore continuous support and development is provided with the Greefa iQS system.
