QSort

 

The QSort is your guarantee for the fast, accurate and efficient sorting of long vegetables and fruit – such as cucumbers, aubergines and courgettes – on length, weight and curvature and it does this very quietly.

 

The QSort is controlled by an intelligent sorting computer. With this computer, you can easily select the number of outputs per sorting group and the packing capacity per employee and/or output.

 

The QSort consists of various modules. As a result, the machine can always be adapted to the desired capacity and sorting possibilities. With the Qsort, it is possible to realize the most optimum set-up within your available production area. The carriers of the QSort are constructed from fingers. This allows the width of the carrier to be set to the length of the product. Furthermore, the pitch of the outputs is variable.
